Inpiq
01 — System of record for sustainability claims

Run sustainability claims like you run product inventory.

Inpiq catalogs every environmental claim your brand makes — across your site, your packaging, your campaigns — and links each one to the document that backs it. Pre-validate copy before it ships. Export evidence when auditors ask. Run reports your legal team will actually use.

02 — What you'd actually see

What you'd actually see

Three views from inside Inpiq.

1. The claim

Every claim is its own object.

Status, source document, products it appears on, ECGT classification — attached to the claim, not buried in a spreadsheet.

2. The product

Every product shows its full claim surface.

At a glance: which claims are verified, which need review before the next campaign, which are exposing you.

3. The audit query

Auditor asks. You don't dig — you query.

Search any claim, any product, any date range. Export the full evidence trail as a signed PDF.

03 — How claims get in

Fits your stack. Doesn't replace it.

Claims enter Inpiq the way that suits your team — one at a time during copy review, or thousands at a time from where they already live.

01

Manual entry

For new claims authored in Inpiq. Marketing writes the claim, picks the product, attaches the evidence. Done.

02

CMS integration

Direct link to Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Centra. When marketing publishes a claim on the storefront, Inpiq catches it.

03

CSV import

For the spreadsheet everyone secretly has. Upload, map columns, import a year of legacy claims in ten minutes.

04

Webhook consumer

When your DAM, PIM, or campaign tool fires an event, Inpiq subscribes. One claim, referenced everywhere.

04 — What you can do with it

Four jobs Inpiq is built for

All running off the same claim–evidence–product graph. Build it once, query everywhere.

01

Pre-publication validation

Before marketing ships new copy, ask Inpiq: do we have substantiation to say X about Product Y? Get a yes-with-source, a no-with-gap, or a maybe-with-stale-evidence. Catch the regulatory exposure before the brief goes out.

02

Audit response

National authority (or NGO complaint, or retailer compliance team) asks for proof of a specific claim. Search, select, export. Signed PDF with claim, source, attribution, dates. What used to be a week of digging is fifteen minutes.

03

Internal reports

Compliance reports for leadership, legal, board. By product line, by campaign, by claim category. Verified-vs-pending ratio, evidence freshness, ECGT classification distribution.

04

Retailer & partner questionnaires

Sephora, Douglas, Rossmann, Amazon Vine — they ask for sustainability evidence during onboarding or category review. Pull the answers from Inpiq instead of starting three meetings.

05 — Why this matters now

Why this matters now: ECGT — 27 September 2026

The EU's Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition directive (2024/825) starts being enforced in roughly 14 months. Three shifts that hit brands directly:

Vague claims are out.
"Eco-friendly", "natural", "sustainable" — without specific substantiation, they break the directive.
The audit comes to you.
National enforcement bodies can demand evidence. Sanctions reach 4% of annual turnover in some jurisdictions.
Marketing is the surface that gets audited.
Not your sustainability report — your homepage, your product pages, your Instagram captions, your packaging.

Inpiq doesn't make ECGT compliance easier. It makes ECGT compliance a query, not a project.

06 — Who's already mapping

Built for brands with claim-heavy products

If your product has 5–50 environmental statements on it — across the label, the PDP, the social posts, the packaging — Inpiq is built for you. We work with brands across:

01 Cosmetics & beauty
02 Fashion & textiles
03 Food & beverage
04 Packaged consumer goods
05 Transport & mobility

The common thread: regulated marketing surfaces where "we'll figure it out at audit" doesn't age well.
